The Missouri Budget Project is part of the State Priorities Partnership, a national network of organizations that share a commitment to rigorous policy analysis and responsible budget and tax policies.
MBP partners with nonprofit, business, and civic groups around the state to educate policymakers, media, and the public about the impact of state budget, tax, and economic issues.
The Missouri Budget Project plays a leading role in the Coalition for Missouri’s Future, a group of more than 50 business, labor, education, healthcare, and civic organizations that have come together to oppose bad ideas that stop Missouri’s progress.
MBP is also active on the board of the Missouri Health Advocacy Alliance, a nonprofit that works toward quality affordable health care choices for all Missourians.
The Missouri Budget Project provides a unique perspective to the Missouri Medicaid Coalition by bringing attention to the state budget implications of Medicaid expansion, including long-term general revenue savings.
