As we fulfill our mission of providing timely information on Missouri’s budgetary and tax policies, we are concerned about the unmet needs, particularly in education and healthcare. Investment in these basic services will ensure Missouri’s ability to be competitive in the global marketplace.
We also see opportunities to address Missouri’s fiscal crisis with a wide range of revenue solutions that could restore recent cuts, protect critical services and ensure that our state is well-positioned for economic development.
