The vote by the Missouri House to eliminate the circuit breaker and raise taxes for nearly 105,000 vulnerable Missourians is not only unnecessary, but cruel. Not only is the cut harmful, but the money from the program will not even be used for services that benefit seniors or those living with disabilities.
